ORDERING & SHIPPING
These terms apply to users of koia-objects.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Koia Objects and visits to our website. These conditions apply to sales of all products by Koia Objects to private individuals. Our website is directed exclusively to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only koia-objects.com and are not related to any other conditions which may apply in physical stores. Koia Objects reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

SHIPPING
SHIPPING COST
Local Shipping (Sweden): Free shipping on orders above 3000 SEK. The shipping for orders below 3000 SEK is calculated based on both the weight and size of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping (EU): Free shipping on orders above 300 EUR. The shipping for orders below 300 EUR is calculated based on both the weight and size of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
WHERE WE SHIP
Koia Objects ships within the European Union (EU).
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Please note that these timeframes apply to in-stock items.
- Sweden: 1-5 days
- Nordics: 2-6 days
- Rest of Europe: 3-10 days
These timeframes are approximate and do not account for any potential shipping delays.
DELIVERY
Delivery is handled to the nearest DHL handler.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
During the 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@koia-objects.com to request a return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
DAMAGED GOODS/CLAIMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please report the issue as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods.
To report damaged goods:
- Contact our customer service team at info@koia-objects.com with photos of the damage and your order details.
- Our team will assist you with the claim process.
PAYMENT
We accept payments by credit card, Swish and Qliro. Qliro is Koia Objects' payment provider and handles payment transactions at checkout. When you choose Swish, you will see that the payment recipient is Q*Koia Objects, which means that Qliro is the recipient of the money for the purchase and manages the payment on behalf of Koia Objects.
VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
Voucher codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Any applicable codes must be used within the specified validity period and cannot be applied retroactively.
