A morning with Marion

 

We spent a morning with Marion Ringborg at Studio Canteen. Her philosophy centers on the idea that food brings people together. Whether it’s a pastry, warm food or a drink, she believes it should be high quality while still accessible.


Marion is a chef and creative, currently running Studio Canteen and Studio Marion. Through these platforms she develops culinary concepts, hosts dinners and events, and collaborates with brands on food-driven creative projects. Her work combines professional cooking with a strong focus on atmosphere, storytelling, and contemporary dining experiences.
